Host/Hostess

At Earth Hotels, we don’t do cookie-cutter hospitality.
As a Host/Hostess, you are the first face and first energy Earthlings experience when they enter our venue. You will create a warm, stylish, and welcoming first impression, ensuring guests feel seen, guided, and excited from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, seating flow, and guest communication while keeping the atmosphere smooth, organized, and aligned with the Earth Hotels vibe.

About Earth Hotels
Earth Hotels is built around people.
The ones who stay with us, work with us, and shape what happens in between.
We care about how spaces are used, how teams show up, and how experiences unfold in real life. Design matters, but so does energy. So does curiosity. So does leaving room for things to feel human instead of perfect.
Everything we build is meant to be lived in, not staged.
